Exciting news!!!! I finally got my valentine's day package!!! (Thanks for the little prayer mom...lol)
chamoyadas got me like....
took my comp to get her hair cut today... I think I enjoyed it more than she did!!
So life's been pretty good lately. Fairly stressful working in 3 areas. Numbers aren't as high as we would like them to be, but we're trying no keep our faith high! We've been working with a little girl in a part member family in San Andres that will hopefully be getting baptized this weekend! And here in Chapultepec we've been working a lot with an investigator named Maria Eugenia.
remember the wheelchair? It's for her because she has a really hard time walking. Well yesterday, by some miracle, we were able to get her down the stairs of her house and into the wheel chair and down the gravel road and over the curb and down the curb and up the ramp and into the church without any help! This is the first time we've been able to do that because the roads aren't that smooth down here and she's a little bit of a bigger lady, and the wheelchair has tiny wheels (its kind of like a broken grocery cart) but we were BLESSED!! And she really wants to get baptized so we're gonna do everything we can to help her!
Love,
Maelynn

5 of the 7 from our generation still in the mission.
We are literally the only American sisters in the entire mission right now! (And 2 of them are going home next month, and then Hna Torgersen and I in June....and poor Hna Gacke will be left all alone).
...Lunch break!
