HAPPY BIRTHDAY SADIE! (You should ask the Olsons what Connor's comps name is or a picture. I can't think of who it would be.) We had planned to carve pumpkins today, but it didn't work out sadly. Mom how much school do you have left? seems like you and the fam were ready for a break like a year ago!
Things here are going well. My companion rocks. We laugh a lot. Maybe too much - according to our district leader, but it's healthy isn't it?
So something kind of fun, me and my comp (Hermana Garcia) were teaching someone named Adriana and her son Santiago for a while, they had almost all of the lessons and had been to church like 6 or 7 times. But then, just a few weeks before her baptism, we found out that she lives 1 block outside of our boundaries (we had never been to her house, we always taught her at a members house) so sadly we had to pass the reference to the other area (Vista Hermosa).
They finished teaching them and then the week of her baptism we had transfers. And all 3 of the Hermanas in Vista Hermosa got transferred. By some miracle, one of them got transferred suuuuuper far away to Pradera (my area) and now we're companions. They put some of the office elders in the area of Vista Hermosa and they obviously didn't know anything about the area or a baptism that was going to happen, so we got to help plan and go to their baptism, and it was a really beautiful experience!
