Yikes. its okay, you still have like a year before you have to do that for me too. Also, no we didn't see any fireside, sad day, sounds pretty good though! You might have to send me the highlights!
Thanks for the package, it hasn't made it here yet, but we should be having interviews with president this week, and they should be bringing it out.
That truck looks pretty wild for dad, I like it, its....como se dice...flashy! Y'alls are gonna be riding in style now to work and back! Is the small commuter car a cruze, right? They've got a lot of those in the mission here as well, pretty reliable cars.
This week was super good for us. We got challenged by our district leader to challenge somebody to baptism every single day of this last week, so we went for it! And even though we fell short, we still did get the blessing to challenge 4 people to baptism. And 1 of them accepted a date to get baptized! So we are super excited for that. Her name is Vivian, and we found her about 2 weeks ago. We've only taught her 3 times but she is very interested in what we have to share and is super receptive. Wait, no, that's not the word, more like aware and perceptive and like that. She can easily and obviously feel the Spirit. My vocabulary is still trash, but Vivian is very cool!
Other than that we are doing great down here. All things are well in San Sebastian. The whole world is freaked out because Hurricane season is already back, but, like, God's on our side, so there's no reason to worry.
Love you all mucho.,
Elder Landen Bailey
