Buenas! Hope y'all are enjoying a nice Labor Day weekend!
Highlights from the week:
On Tuesday we woke up just absolutely zonked. Not sure why but we slept for a long time that day because we could hardly even move. Our eyes were awake but our bodies just shut down. I think we got a bug. We went out working of course but we probably looked like zombies.
Wednesday we had a zone conference in Durazno and WE GOT THE NEW PREACH MY GOSPEL!!!! Seriously is like better than CHRISTMAS!! It's so nice having a real-life copy! Y'all should go buy yourself one and study it! Or study it online!!
We didn't see a ton of progression with our friends this week but we are setting new goals and making new plans and this week is going to be a week of obedience and miracles! We did get some referrals and found a few people this week that hopefully, we can start teaching!
President Orgill came to our branch on Sunday and we didn't have any friends come with us that day. Haha embarrassing.
Had exchanges with Hermana Giles and we taught a whole lesson in English...bien dificil!
I woke up to really loud music from some drunks in the street

bueno, we are teaching a friend right now who is really awesome, knows a lot, and has a strong testimony. He's 14 and he even goes to seminary and he's so ready. But he's having a hard time deciding to be baptized because he needs to feel like he will 100% keep all the commandments and it's not that he has a problem with any commandment but he has OCD that's impeding him from deciding. It's actually that his mind is telling him he has to be perfect first or something. Which we know is not required to be baptized nor is possible. He's seeing a psychologist to help with OCD, but What are some of your favorite scriptures that you think we could share with him? Or conference talks? Let me know! Please pray for Benjamin!
Also, I watched this video this week and I loved it!!!! Watch it please and take it to heart and share it with your friends!! Church is a repair shop, not a showroom!!
